    Our latest creation, the Sous la Robe plot cuvée, represents the best of Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil red wines. This unique vintage emerges from a plot selection on the ancient bed of the Loire, revealing a wine carried by captivating aromas of black fruits. The Sous la Robe plot cuvée comes from the Cabernet Franc grape variety, from our carefully cultivated vines and their grapes harvested by hand at optimal maturity, by the expert brotherhood of DAMES DU ROY.

    Our single-plot cuvée Sous la Robe is a tribute to the ancestral know-how of previous generations of the Chopinière du Roy estate. We recommend serving this single-plot cuvée as an accompaniment to refined dishes; grenadine veal, beef tournedos, duck aiguillettes or even cheeses.

    With an optimal shelf life of 5 to 6 years and an alcohol content of 12.5%, the Sous la Robe plot cuvée offers structure and finesse for any occasion.
