    Our very latest creation, the "Sous la Robe" single-plot cuvée, represents the best of Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil red wines. This singular cuvée emerges from a plot selection on the ancient bed of the Loire, revealing a wine carried by enchanting aromas of black fruits. The "Sous la Robe" single-plot cuvée comes from the Cabernet Franc grape variety, from our carefully cultivated vines, and from their grapes hand-harvested at optimal ripeness by the expert brotherhood of the DAMES DU ROY.

    Our "Sous la Robe" single-plot cuvée is a tribute to the ancestral know-how of previous generations at the Domaine de la Chopinière du Roy. We recommend serving this single-plot cuvée with refined dishes such as grenadin of veal, beef tournedos, duck aiguillettes, or cheeses.

    With an optimal aging potential of 5 to 6 years and an alcohol content of 12.5%, the "Sous la Robe" single-plot cuvée offers structure and finesse for any occasion.
