Domaine de la Chopinière du Roy: The Embodiment of Tradition in Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil

Established in 1850, the estate is now managed by Christophe ORY, a winemaker in Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil all his life, and his wife Sophie ORY, who joined him in managing the estate.
