Cuvée Sous la Robe: Highlighting women
This unique vintage of Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil wine, 100% Cabernet Franc, made exclusively by women (Sophie ORY, winemaker at Domaine de la Chopinière du Roy, and Ségolène, the oenologist), comes from a parcel selection on the ancient bed of the Loire, revealing a wine carried by enchanting aromas of black fruits.

🍽️ Food & Wine Pairings
Cuvée Sous la Robe ideally accompanies:
- Charcuterie boards.
- Grilled meats.
- Roasted poultry.
- Light sauced dishes.
- Aged cheeses.
Its balance makes it a versatile wine, from the Cabernet Franc grape variety, perfect for meals with friends as well as for special occasions!
🏅 The Concours Général Agricole: a guarantee of excellence
Created in 1870, the Concours Général Agricole distinguishes the best French local products every year.
Wines are selected according to a rigorous process:
- Regional pre-selections.
- National final in Paris.
- Blind tastings.
- Evaluation by a jury composed of oenologists, sommeliers, producers, and informed consumers.
The medals awarded do not constitute a ranking, but reward a level of excellence. If the quality is not deemed sufficient, no medal is awarded.
The Cuvée Sous La Robe 2023 thus joins our collection of award-winning wines ready to be tasted!
